Global Events Coordinator

Maintain and manage the Area Events team with a focus on in-person and virtual events. The role oversees event operations and ensures the team is briefed on area and global initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Oversee event coordinators and provide onboarding and training.
- Ensure team members are aware of area and global initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with stakeholders to set expectations on service delivery.
- Provide consultative support and recommendations.
Global Community Engagement:
- Share best practices with area team lead and functional leads.
Required Competencies:
- Proven communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced project management skills.
- Basic business analysis skills.
- Event marketing knowledge.
- Relationship management skills.
- Microsoft brand knowledge.
