Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Roots. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in promoting our brand values and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Build relationships with customers to develop a loyal customer base.
  • Retail Operations
    • Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising and store housekeeping.
    • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
    • Perform merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipments and replenishing stock.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and store objectives.
    • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and updates.
    • Provide customers with product information and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Previous retail experience, preferably in apparel.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
