We are a dynamic retail business seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Sell merchandise, manage inventory, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, authorize returns, and manage cash.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and a client-focused approach.
