About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Nature's Coin Group Ltd. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice and recommendations on our products and services.
  • Sales Support: Assist customers with purchases, handle returns and exchanges, and resolve any customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in the display of merchandise, ensuring that our store is visually appealing and well-organized.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in retail sales or customer service is an asset, but not required.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and bending, stooping, and reaching.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, team player, excellent oral communication skills, and a positive attitude.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position, working 33 to 44 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and sales support.
