Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Roots. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in promoting our core values and providing exceptional service to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to build loyalty and drive sales growth.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions.
  • Process transactions and handle customer payments in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and services.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment by providing excellent customer service and supporting colleagues.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping experience.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in apparel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
