About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team at All Clear Building Maintenance Ltd as a Floor Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors
  • Vacuum and clean carpets, area rugs, and upholstered furniture
  • Disinfect and clean kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Empty trash and recycling containers
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift heavy objects. A fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks is expected.
