About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Floor Care Specialist to join our team at All clear building maintenance ltd. As a key member of our cleaning and maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to a high standard
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and tidy environment
  • Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Wash windows, walls and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy environment
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
  • Physically demanding role requiring bending, crouching, kneeling and standing for extended periods
  • Combination of sitting, standing and walking throughout the day
