Job Title: Floor Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Floor Care Specialist to join our team at All Clear Building Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain floors, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing
  • Vacuum and clean carpeting, area rugs, and upholstered furniture
  • Disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Empty trash containers and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Work Environment:

As a Floor Care Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and a commitment to quality. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
