Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team at All Clear Building Maintenance Ltd as a Floor Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, as well as vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Disinfection and Sanitation: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and disinfect operating rooms and other areas.
  • Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and perform repetitive tasks.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
