Job Description
As an Intermediate Field Technician with AtkinsRéalis, you will play a critical role in delivering municipal infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting on-site concrete testing and asphalt sampling according to industry standards.
  • Ensuring quality control and assurance laboratory testing is performed correctly.
  • Monitoring paving operations and reporting any concerns to clients.
  • Compiling and submitting field forms and observation reports.
  • Liaising with team members, sub-contractors, clients, and agencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A post-secondary diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology/Technician.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience working on MTO and municipal infrastructure projects.
  • CCIL/CSA certification to test concrete.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Valid Ontario driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
