Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Nanaimo Denture Clinic Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information, interviewing patients, and maintaining confidential medical files and records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information and maintain accurate records
  • Interview patients to obtain case histories and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain confidential medical files and records, and perform data entry tasks
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory, and determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Enter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence, and prepare spreadsheets and documents for review
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical office setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
  • Reliability and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a large caseload and a focus on providing excellent customer service.
