The AR Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of adjustments by researching and analyzing transactions. This position requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure compliance with internal control requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Cash application and deduction management for specific customers.
  • Research, review, and process AR adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the Credit Team to share relevant customer payment, deduction, and credit balance information.
  • Ensure internal control compliance with all assigned areas and other audit requirements.
  • Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned by the AR Manager.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of Accounts Receivable experience preferably in a consumer products company.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or business preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and experience working with an ERP system.
  • Experience with SAP a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive team player attitude.
