We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Evolution Fulfillment Inc.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Job Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, reviewing candidate inventories, recruiting graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions, co-ordinating and participating in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates, notifying applicants of results of selection process and preparing job offers, advising managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, organizing staff consultation and grievance procedures, and determining eligibility to entitlements and arranging staff training.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • a college diploma or equivalent in human resources or a related field;
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field;
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • strong organizational and time management skills;
  • knowledge of employment laws and regulations;
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
