Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Evolution Fulfillment Inc. as a Recruiting Officer.

About the Role:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting job notices, and advising job applicants on employment terms and conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staffing Requirements: Identify and assess the company's staffing needs, including both current and prospective positions.
  • Job Posting: Prepare and post job advertisements to attract top talent, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions of the roles and responsibilities.
  • Candidate Management: Advise job applicants on employment requirements, terms, and conditions, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Review candidate inventories, coordinate selection and examination boards, and notify applicants of results.
  • Managerial Support: Provide guidance to managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, promoting effective workforce management.
  • Training and Development: Determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - 80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage.

This is a full-time position with a regular schedule of 35-40 hours per week. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent.
