The Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Managed Services team, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, communicating with clients and stakeholders, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Effectively communicate with Client Project Managers, Sales Team, and Clients to ensure seamless communication and project progress updates.
2. Coordinate project tasks, including job posting, audition shortlists, and quote creation.
3. Maintain accurate project documentation, uploading it into internal project management software as required.
4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
5. Ensure required talent forms are completed, and all necessary documents are obtained from clients.
6. Track project changes, produce updated schedules, and review project information for timely compilation.
7. Organize, compile, and submit support documentation on project completion.
8. Address questions/concerns throughout the project and perform tasks required by Client Project Managers in support of project needs.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
1. Strong aptitude for working within deadlines and managing sensitive information confidentially.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in customer-facing roles.
3. Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques, with proficiency in Google Apps for Work and Salesforce considered an asset.
4. Dependability, reliability, ambition, and a drive to deliver results.
5. College diploma in Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent.
