  • Collaborate with other educators to develop programs that cater to children's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social needs
  • Plan activities that promote learning and growth through storytelling, education, and exploration
  • Record observations and submit reports to maintain accurate child profiles
  • Foster creativity in children through various mediums like art, music, and play
  • Engage children in activities through storytelling, teaching, and creative exploration
  • Identify potential learning or behavioral issues and provide solutions to parents or supervisors
  • Submit detailed observations and progress reports to relevant parties
  • Stay informed about licensing regulations to ensure compliance
  • Establish guidelines for behavior and maintain order in the learning environment
  • Attend staff meetings to discuss progress and challenges faced by children
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues and community service providers to provide a comprehensive support system for children
