We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Bethel Happy Daycare Center Inc. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist early childhood educators in developing and implementing programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Order supplies and equipment to ensure a safe and stimulating environment.
  • Collaborate with early childhood educators and supervisors to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Engage children in activities that foster learning and development, such as storytelling, singing, and crafts.
  • Support children in developing essential life skills, including eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Prepare healthy snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods.
  • Monitor children for signs of potential learning or behavioral issues and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
  • Attend staff meetings to discuss progress and challenges faced by children.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and community service providers.
  • Plan and maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes the well-being of children.
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work setting.
