Job Title: Sales Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Secretary to join our team at TRUE WORLD FOODS OF CANADA, INC./ALIMENTS DU MONDE CRAI DU CANADA, INC.

Job Summary:

The Sales Secretary will provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. This role will involve a variety of tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining office supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing meeting minutes, maintaining office supplies, and ordering office equipment.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including meeting minutes, sales reports, and customer interactions.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of the sales office, including ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent full-time position, working 32 hours per week. The work language is English.
