Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at RITA SALES ITF A. SALES. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, ensuring the well-being and dignity of our clients.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry, maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and standing for extended periods.
  • First Aid Certificate and Personal Support Worker Certificate.
