Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Quectel Wireless Solutions North America Corp. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend the appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of goods or services
  • Deliver sales presentations and use sales forecasting software to track sales performance
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and resolve product and service related problems
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and technical support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of MS Office and sales forecasting software
