We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Vent Kings. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing reports.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, including customer information and sales data.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of sales materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for sales team members.
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
