Job Title: Internet Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Internet Sales Coordinator to join our team. As an Internet Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling heavy outbound and inbound online contacts, identifying guest needs, and providing a superior guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle heavy outbound and inbound online contacts
  • Proactively identify guest needs and provide a superior guest experience
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Set appointments for new and pre-owned vehicles by determining customer needs
  • Maximize vehicle sales and profit by meeting and exceeding established sales goals
  • Promote new business and contribute to the company's customer base by seeking new customers through prospecting and referral networks
  • Commit to meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Maintain and demonstrate a high level of product knowledge by participating in any and all product training available
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
  • Highly self-motivated with strong leadership skills
  • A post-secondary degree is an asset
  • An interest in the automotive industry
  • Strong customer relation skills and ability to work well with both internal and external customers
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Highly self-disciplined and time management skills are essential
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to maintain records using a computerized system
  • Effective negotiation skills with the ability to make sound decisions
  • A valid British Columbia Driver's License with a good driving record
  • Ability to work in an active, social atmosphere without being distracted
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
