Job Title: Childhood Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Childhood Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our early childhood programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment for children aged 1-6 years old.
  • Support teachers in planning and implementing engaging activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth program operations and achieve set goals.
Requirements:
  • Possess a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year (or equivalent experience).
  • A minimum of 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
