Early Childhood Assistant

About the Job:

At Sam-Jeong Employment Services Ltd., we are seeking an Early Childhood Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with early childhood educators to promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in Program Development: Support early childhood educators in planning and implementing programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Engage Children in Activities: Plan and lead engaging activities, including storytelling, singing, and craft preparation, to promote cognitive and emotional development.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children by maintaining a clean and organized space, and adhering to established health and safety protocols.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with early childhood educators, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and harmonious working environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Certifications: Child Development Assistant (ECE level 1)
