Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Sam-Jeong Employment Services Ltd. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children in a child care centre setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that support the well-being of children.
  • Lead activities that foster learning and development, such as storytelling, teaching songs, and taking children on outings.
  • Engage children in activities that promote socialization and skill-building.
  • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children.
  • Plan and maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes the well-being of children.
Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
  • Criminal record check and Child Abuse Registry check.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
