Assistant Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate store employees to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Develop and implement effective store operations and merchandising strategies
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with company buyers to plan and execute store inventory and merchandising initiatives
- Promote Shoppers Home Health Care sales and services through personalized advice and consultation
- Manage and maintain store inventory and materials
- Develop and implement security and safety programs to protect employees and customers
- Pursue succession planning to ensure employee development and career growth
- Understand and support store operations, policies, and procedures
