Assistant Store Manager Job Description

At Ricki's/Bootlegger/cleo, we're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional brand experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute visual merchandising plans to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Lead store operations, including shift task organization and store opening and closing duties
  • Coach and train sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer experiences
  • Oversee business operations in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment for our teams and customers
  • Secure company assets with strong loss prevention skills and awareness
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of retail experience, with a focus on visual merchandising and store operations
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience coaching and training teams
  • Strong visual merchandising skills and the ability to drive business through fashion consciousness and commerciality
  • Excellent sales skills and a commitment to ensuring amazing customer experiences
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds)
