Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Reitmans (Canada) Limited. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales and profit goals
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a positive and inclusive store environment
* Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention

**Requirements**

* 1-2 years of leadership and supervisory experience in a retail environment
* Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Availability to work weekends and evenings
