Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at GameStop. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, determining merchandise and services to be sold, and resolving customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure excellent customer service and a smooth store operation.
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, including inventory management and stock levels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and store goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the store.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
