Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K Convenience Store And Shell Gas Station. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Language: English.
