Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K Convenience Store And Shell Gas Station. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that stock is ordered and received in a timely manner.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that the store is well-organized and free of hazards.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer service, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Language: English.
