Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K Convenience Store And Shell Gas Station. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for our customers and employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, receive and stock merchandise, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train sales floor staff, provide guidance and support, and ensure they are meeting sales and customer service targets.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and parking area.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer service metrics.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Language: English.
