About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at BizLink. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and implementing KAIZEN methodologies across our production areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration of KAIZEN Production systems in Assembly, Cable, and Office areas.
- Analyze processes and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Coach and implement continuous improvement projects, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for process changes.
- Guide and support the implementation of management-approved initiatives, document workflows, and ensure expected efficiencies are realized.
- Implement and provide support for KAIZEN and 5S methodologies in all production areas and machine centers.
- Coordinate closely with Supervisors, Production and Efficiency Managers, and the Operations Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or industrial engineering, or equivalent, and/or 3+ years of experience in KAIZEN and Lean/6 Sigma implementation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a production environment.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing KAIZEN and Lean Management in a production environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in coordinating continuous process change in an industrial environment with KAIZEN coordination.
- Ideal certification in Efficiency Management/KAIZEN/Lean education.
- Ability to learn and develop with the Efficiency Manager and other departments.
- Hands-on approach, willing to spend time on the shop floor, coordinating KAIZEN implementation.
