Process Improvement Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at BizLink. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and implementing KAIZEN and Lean/6 Sigma methodologies across our production areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize production workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Coach and implement continuous improvement projects to drive business results.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for process changes and procedural documentation.
  • Guide and support the implementation of management-approved initiatives and document workflows.
  • Implement and provide support for KAIZEN and 5S methodologies in all production areas.
  • Coordinate with supervisors, production managers, and operations managers to ensure seamless implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or industrial engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a production environment, with a focus on KAIZEN and Lean/6 Sigma implementation.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and driving business results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive change management initiatives.
