Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating office services, and ensuring the efficient operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the dental team, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and preparing correspondence.
- Assist with the coordination of office services, including supply ordering, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
- Office Operations
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing the front desk, handling phone calls, and responding to patient inquiries.
- Ensure the office is well-organized and maintained, including managing inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Communication and Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, including responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met.
- Communicate effectively with the dental team, including scheduling appointments, coordinating procedures, and sharing patient information.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and analyze reports on office operations, including patient flow, appointment scheduling, and supply usage.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize office efficiency.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or office management.
- Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
