About the Role

The Global Banking Technology & Operations (GBTO) Canada team is seeking a skilled Application Support Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the team, you will provide technical and functional support for applications used by trading and risk analysts based in New York.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for applications used by trading and risk analysts
  • Collaborate with the Dev team to ensure seamless application services
  • Perform morning and evening checks to ensure Production stability
  • Use Unity to maintain the user's ticket backlog
  • Troubleshoot applications and resolve production incidents

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an application support analyst
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent job experience
  • Track record of delivering continual improvements and automations
