About the Role

The Global Banking Technology & Operations (GBTO) Canada team is seeking a skilled Application Support Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the team, you will provide technical and functional support for applications used by trading and risk analysts based in New York.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to ensure seamless application performance
  • Collaborate with the Dev team to resolve production incidents and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge of the application stack, including UNIX, SQL, Python, Java, Kibana, Elasticsearch, and Autosys

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an application support analyst
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent job experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
