About the Role

The aim of our Global Banking Technology & Operations team is to deliver day-to-day services to our investment and corporate bank units and their clients to accelerate their transformation. We differentiate ourselves from competitors with the pace of our agile transformation delivered, spreading the technology and data culture, shortening the decision-making process, and adopting a true industrial approach, leveraging on different teams either transversal or aligned to the different sub business units.

This is a central and dynamic position as you will provide technical and functional support for the applications that are used by trading and risk analysts based in New York. Great communication, social skills, and knowledge of ITIL best practices are essential as you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and functional support for applications used by trading and risk analysts
  • Work closely with the Dev team to provide the best services to our traders and help avoid or fix major incidents in production
  • Maintain the user's ticket backlog using Unity
  • Perform evening checks to ensure Production is stable before Asian markets open

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an application support analyst
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent job experience
  • Track record of delivering continual improvements & automations

Competencies

  • Basic level of coding ability
  • Ability to write an SQL query and pass a basic coding game in whatever technology you are familiar with

Language Skills

  • Fluency in English, both orally and in writing
