Job Title: Health Care Aid Instructor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Health Care Aid Instructor to join our team at CDI College - Montreal.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality teaching and training to students in the Health Care Aide program. This includes developing and delivering curriculum, evaluating student performance, and participating in the development of teaching materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver curriculum that meets the program objectives
  • Evaluate student performance in a fair and sustained manner
  • Participate in the development of teaching materials and resources
  • Support campus administrative functions to enhance the student experience
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of private post-secondary training, or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
  • A strong interest in pedagogy and teaching approaches
