Empire Life is seeking a talented Process Improvement Leader to join our team. As a recent graduate, you will have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that drive positive change and impact our customers, company, and society.

About the Role

  • Lead process improvement projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve significant business metric improvements.
  • Support the development of Management Systems, including process controls, metrics, and reporting.
  • Deliver training on process improvement methodology to the business and new Process Improvement Leaders.
  • Work Organization/Project Management: Develop and implement plans, manage resources, and ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Innovation: Implement programs that encourage and recognize innovative thinking, supporting the introduction of new ideas and processes.
  • Relationship Building: Build effective relationships with colleagues in other departments, leveraging strong interpersonal and influencing skills.

What We're Looking For

  • Nearing completion of a relevant education program, such as Engineering, Maths, Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Economics, Business, or Commerce.
  • A mix of skills developed through education and experience in data science, process design, digital development, project management, business analytics, finance, or economics.
  • Fast learning and clear critical thinking skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and self-initiative.
  • Language proficiency in English for communicating with customers, advisors, or employees across Canada.
