Job Title: Senior Manager, Food

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager to lead our Food and Beverage team at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Ltd. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-volume Quick Service environments and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of food and beverage staff to ensure exceptional customer service and quality food products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
  • Manage inventory, labor, and expenses to achieve budgetary targets.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of management experience in a high-volume Quick Service environment or high-volume restaurant.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
