Job Title: Senior Manager, Food and Beverage Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager, Food and Beverage Operations to lead our Quick Service department at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Ltd. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our concessions, beverage, in-seat service, and vending areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of managers, assistant managers, and supervisors to ensure exceptional customer service and quality food and beverage products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety and AGCO standards.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including MLSE staff, vendors, and partners.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of management experience in a high-volume Quick Service environment or high-volume restaurant.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality.
  • Knowledge of industry principles and service etiquette, with a strong understanding of wine, beer, and spirits.
