Process Development and Optimization Leader

As a Process Development Manager at Egis Canada, you will contribute to the company's overall performance by identifying and developing processes that drive improvement and efficiency. With a strong focus on continuous improvement and process analysis, this role requires a professional with a solid background in industrial engineering, process optimization, or a related field.
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Administration, or a similar field. A Lean Six Sigma green belt certification and Project Management diploma are assets. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of relevant experience in construction and/or consultancy, with expertise in process analysis, particularly lean or other process improvement models.
The salary for this position is estimated at $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location in Canada.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will need excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with leadership levels within the organization. You must also be able to manage multiple projects and tasks, prioritize deadlines, and set appropriate priorities. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Visio, and Power BI is required, with the ability to solve problems and work in a detail-oriented manner. Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate teams effectively are essential.
