Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Canadian Tire #065 is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of sales associates, cashiers, and other store staff.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor and control store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales, inventory, and other store metrics.
  • Collaborate with other store managers and corporate teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
