Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to meet our high standards.
  • Authorize the return of merchandise and ensure that all returns are processed efficiently and effectively.
  • Establish work schedules that meet the needs of the store and our customers.
  • Sell merchandise and promote our products to customers.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our stores are well-stocked and our customers have access to the products they need.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers to ensure that our stores are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
