CA001 Marsh Canada Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate Client Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing satisfied client relationships, acquiring new clients, and partnering with various resources to provide superior client solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement client service plans to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention
- Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their risk management and insurance requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality client solutions and services
- Manage client relationships and communicate effectively to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance or a related field
- RIBO license or ability to obtain one within 3 months of hire
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
