Insurance Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Account Representative to join our team at Jennifer Charlebois-Robillard - Desjardins Insurance Agent. As an Insurance Account Representative, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Insurance Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs, identifying opportunities to provide additional products and services that meet their needs.
- Product and Service Development: Collaborate with the Agent to develop and implement new insurance products and services that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to promote our insurance products and services to new and existing clients.
- Bilingualism: Bilingualism is an asset, but not a requirement.
- Sales Experience: Sales experience, particularly in outside sales or inside sales, is preferred.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities is crucial.
- Property and Casualty License: A Property and Casualty license is preferred, but not required. The ability to obtain this license is essential.
- Life License: A Life license is also preferred, but not required. The ability to obtain this license is essential.
