What is the Opportunity?

As a Senior Market Leader, you will be a key player in driving business growth and success within your local market. You will be responsible for motivating and coaching your team to deliver exceptional client experiences, while also identifying and capitalizing on emerging market opportunities. As a leader, you will be an ambassador for the Royal Bank of Canada, building relationships and fostering collaboration across all roles. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales, revenue, and market share growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales, revenue, and market share growth
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive digital enablement and multichannel usage
  • Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Requirements

Must-Have

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a financial services industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and success
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners
  • Ability to analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in business development and sales
  • Knowledge of financial services industry trends and best practices
