Quantic Dream is seeking a highly experienced Production Team Lead to join our team in Paris, France. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily and organizational operations, ensuring the transmission of the overall vision of titles and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in a Production role, preferably in the Video Game industry. Your expertise in project planning and management, including Agile and Scrum production methods, will be essential in driving our projects forward.

  1. Project Management: You will be responsible for monitoring and managing project progress, ensuring that the team achieves objectives on time. Effective communication and coordination with all departments involved will be crucial.
  2. Development Planning: Convert short and long-term development plans into concrete actions for all functions (artistic, design, technical, and QA).
  3. Deliverables and Quality Objectives: Establish deliverables, quality objectives, and key milestones in a roadmap and a schedule, supported by development strategies.
  4. Workflows and Pipelines: Develop workflows and pipelines to ensure smooth project execution.
  5. Risk Management: Anticipate risks and put action plans in place to overcome them.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. 5+ years of relevant experience in a Production role, ideally in the Video Game industry;
  2. Experience in project planning and management, with Agile and Scrum production methods;
  3. Baccalaureate or professional equivalence;
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills;
  5. Experience with JIRA and/or other task and bug management software;
  6. Strong organizational and analytical skills;
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication.
