About This Role

This position offers a unique blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and people management skills. You will be responsible for delivering initiatives that translate into functional capabilities, contributing to the achievement of our roadmap for solution development, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a Product Owner (PO) in complex projects to translate business requirements into functional capabilities.
  • Leading the delivery of initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Slicing and sequencing a target vision to maximize value delivery, taking into account constraints and interdependencies with other projects or sectors.
  • Accompanying and supporting adaptation to change, obtaining buy-in from stakeholders, and managing resistance to change.
  • Continuously making improvements and fixes to the product to enhance the user experience and meet current and future needs.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and six years of relevant experience, or a master's degree in a relevant field and four years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in solution delivery as a Product Owner (P.O.).
  • The ability to work in Agile mode, including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and deliver without having all specifications.
  • The ability to evolve in a data environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
